In the basic consultation, we will discuss your health history, health concerns, future goals and come up with dedication action plan to get you started on your road to healthy lifestyle. Based on your body’s symptoms, we will create a simple step by step health plan that suits your body type and preferences. THE goal is to educate and empower natural medicine to nourish, and love your body in order to make lasting changes. We believe that each person is unique and therefore a personilzed plan is needed to address all areas of your health. This plan will include lifestyle changes along with supplement and dietary recommendations. Seven days after the initial consultation you will be e-mailed your personalised program and receive a follow up call to ensure that you feel supported and motivated to be healthy.
